Как уже стало традицией в Церкви города Ишима, на Рождество Отдел детского служения выезжает в Социально-реабилитационный центр для несовершеннолетних «Согласие», чтобы внести немного света и тепла в нелегкую жизнь этих детей. Программу предваряла большая подготовка, в которой участвовала вся церковь. Сестры церкви активно участвовали в акции «Теплые ручки и ножки», вязали носочки и варежки, шарфики и шапочки. Дети своими руками делали мягкие игрушки – зайцев и готовили театрализованную постановку о рождении Иисуса.
7 января вся наша команда была у дверей центра с костюмами, декорациями, подарками. Нас уже ждали и очень тепло встретили. Мы не только показали подготовленное выступление, но и пели для ребят рождественские песни, играли с ними в игры, что расположило их подружиться с нами и открыть сердечки для Божьей любви. Дети очень радовались теплым и сладким подаркам, игрушкам, дружескому общению.
Сотрудники центра «Согласие» тоже не остались без подарка, им была подарена книга «Путь ко Христу». Они были очень благодарны и приглашали нас еще к ним в гости. Мы расставались с чувством благодарности Богу, потому что видели улыбки и сияющие детские глаза.
It became the tradition of Church in Ishim town, when at Christmas the Department of Children’s Ministries comes to the Social Rehabilitation Center for juveniles called “The Harmony” in order to give the light and warm to the difficult lives of the children. The great preparation had been made, where all church took part. The women took active part in the action “Warm hands and feet”; they knitted socks and mittens, mufflers and caps. There were handmade hares from children; also they prepared performance about the birth of Jesus.
On 7th of January all our team with decorations, costumes and gifts gathered in front of the Center’s door. We had been already waited for and met warmly. We not only showed the performance, but sang Christmas songs, played with children, so that they became friends with us and opened their hearts for God’s love. Children were glad to get warm and sweet presents, toys and friendly conversation.
The staff of the Center “The Harmony” was not left without presents. They got books “Steps to Christ”. They were grateful and invited us to visit the Center. We said goodbye with the feeling of gratefulness to God, because we had seen smiles and ardent children’s eyes.
