В шестой днепропетровской общине адвентистов седьмого дня с 5 по 8 января прошла детская каникулярная школа «Дружболандия — страна историй», которую посетили около 30 детей. На протяжении четырех дней они знакомились с историями людей, чьи жизни изменила встреча с Иисусом, и учились терпению, взаимопомощи, доброте и примирению.

В коллективных играх и песнях, на библейских уроках, увлекательных кружках, которые проводили члены местной общины, воспитанники «Дружболандии» постепенно становились друзьями.

Концерт детского творчества в последний день вызвал много положительных эмоций — об этом говорили улыбки довольных и умилённых родителей. А вопрос школьников: «Когда вы снова откроетесь?» говорит о том, что юные жители Днепропетровска уже ждут новой «Дружболандии».

Стоит отметить, что учились на каникулярной школе не только ребята, но и сотрудники детской программы. Благодаря ежедневному общению, совместному труду, взаимопомощи и умению идти на компромисс они смогли понять важные уроки Христа.

From 5 to 8 January the sixth Dnepropetrovsk SDA church had children vacation school “Druzhbolandiya – the Country of Stories”, which was attended by about 30 children. For four days, they became acquainted with the stories of people whose lives were changed by the encounter with Jesus. Children also learned patience, mutual kindness and reconciliation.

During collective games and songs, biblical lessons and fun hobby groups conducted by members of the local church, pupils’ of “Druzhbolandiya” gradually became good friends.

Concert of children’s creativity in the last day caused a lot of positive emotions. This was seen by satisfied smiles of delight parents. A question of pupils: “When you will open again?” says that young people of Dnepropetrovsk are already waiting for the new “Druzhbolandiya.”

It should be noted that not only children, but also employees of the children’s program had opportunity to study in the vacation school. Through daily communication, joint work, mutual assistance and the ability to compromise, they were able to understand the important lessons of Christ.
