В общину адвентистов седьмого дня г. Ивано-Франковска, расположенную по ул. Ивасюка 76, в субботу, 14 июня, приехали верующие из с. Городенки, г. Косова и с. Гуцуловки. В этот день состоялся праздник крещения — семь человек заключили завет с Богом.
Торжественное богослужение открыл Павел Кирилюк, президент Буковинской конференции. Хор общины сопровождал праздник духовными песнями.
Пастор Александр Люлич пригласил выйти вперед тех, кто решил идти дорогой Христа. Четверо мужчин и три девушки в одеждах цвета неба засвидетельствовали свою веру перед всеми присутствующими. В баптистерии Александр Федорович крестил их «во имя Отца, Сына и Духа Святого». На глазах новокрещенных были слезы радости от осознания того, что жизнь приобретает другой смысл, а их имена пишутся в Небесную книгу, о которой упоминает Библия.
Музыка, пение псалмов, искренние слова поздравления от служителей, родных и друзей, живые цветы, фото на память о знаменательном событии — именно таким запомнился этот день.

On Sabbath of June 14th Ivano-Frankivsk Adventists welcomed their fellow believers from the villages of Gorodenki, Kosovo and Gutsulivka. They met at the church building located on Ivasyuka Street to celebrate the baptism of seven people.
Bukovinskaya Conference President Paul Kirilyuk addressed the congregation in a welcoming speech. Local church choir made the baptismal service even more special. Pastor Alexander Lyulich invited the candidates to come to the front of the sanctuary. Four men and three young ladies wearing blue robes testified of their faith and their desire to follow Christ in front of the whole congregation. Pastor Lyulich performed the ceremony and baptized them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. One could notice tears in the eyes of the newly baptized for they knew that their life would get a new meaning and their name was being recorded in the Book of Life.
Music, congregational singing, good wishes from pastors, family and friends, flowers and group photos were the highlights of the very special day.
