Молитва посвящения сотрудников ТКаУМ– под таким девизом 3 и 4 декабря в Духовном центре Транс-Кавказской унионной миссии состоялось Годичное совещание, на которое прибыли представители церквей трех стран Закавказья. В работе совещания приняли участие пасторы, администраторы, директора отделов и представители от рядовых членов. От администрации ЕАД прибыли секретарь Владимир Крупский, вице-президент, руководитель Отдела информации Иван.Островский, помощник казначея Вячеслав Кара и директор интернет-служения Марьян Максимчук. Мероприятие проходило в расширенном формате, по объективным причинам совмещая Годичное совещание ТКаУМ с Годичными совещаниями трех миссий. Присутствовало 54 участника, прошли исполкомы всех уровней.
Владимир Аркадьевич КрупскийТоржественное открытие совещания сопровождалось чтением Священного Писания на двенадцати языках, пением хора пасторов и работников офиса, совместными молитвами. Украсило служение музыкальное оформление, в котором служили своими талантами пасторы. С вестью из Слова Божия к участникам совещания обратился пастор Крупский: «Действительно ли мы живем в состоянии трепетного ожидания величайшего события – Второго пришествия Христа? Чаем ли его как старец Симеон? Ускоряем ли этот славный день? Мечтаем ли о нем? Стучит ли сердце в унисон с сердцем Иисуса? Я верю в Церковь, которая возвысит свой голос, когда произойдет трансформация ее сознания. Случится то же, что и в дни апостолов: «Ученики несли весть спасительной благодати, и сердца людей покорялись ее силе. Отступники возвращались к Богу, ярые противники истины становились ее глашатаями». Я верю, что эта сила проявится и в ваших странах», – заверил собравшихся Владимир Аркадьевич.
Отчет президента Александра Фёдоровича ШварцаПрезидент ТКаУМ Александр Шварц, подводя итоги проделанной работы, подчеркнул важность четырех основных направлений работы: возрождение, чему нет альтернативы; вовлеченность каждого в служение; прямое поручение Спасителя: «Сделайте учениками все народы» через донесение Евангелия до последнего горного селения на наших территориях.
Главным пунктом повестки совещания было освещение вопросов: что достигнуто за прошедший год, какова оценка пройденного пути и на что стоит сфокусировать внимание в новом году для достижения успехов в Божьей работе. Были выработаны программы развития Церкви в будущем. Секретарь ТКаУМ Эдуард Левтер подчеркнул три задачи: собрать потерянные души, найти новых людей, и все это – возвращенное и найденное сохранить, отчитываясь словами Христа: «Тех, кого Ты дал мне, я сохранил» (Ин.17.12).
Иван Иосифович ОстровскийВ своих отчетах президенты трех миссий говорили об успехах программ «5+1», «Добрый гость», миссионерских пасторских лагерях, не раз упомянули об успехах медико-миссионерской работы. Сегодня это одна из самых насущных нужд населения, то служение, которое открывает путь к сердцам многих. Проведены медико-миссионерские школы, антитабачные кампании, «Выставки здоровья» для детей и взрослых, социальные акции.
Второй день совещания начался с проповеди Ивана Островского. Основываясь на Луки 11,1, он призывал присутствующих к молитвенной жизни. «Желание молиться не приходит из ничего. Нам хочется молиться, когда мы видим, что молитва играет ключевую роль в изменении чьей-то жизни. Не бойтесь обращаться к Богу с просьбами. Двери откроются, будьте готовы войти. Мы уверены в нашем Боге. Если сердце охвачено духом служения, ответ не замедлит прийти», – убеждал Иван Иосифович.
Марьян МаксимчукВ программе совещания было выделено время для семинара по Интернет Евангелизму для администраторов и пасторов, который провели Марьян Максимчук и Иван Островский. Братья сообщили о перспективах развития этого направления служения. В целях расширения присутствия адвентистов в сети Интернет, был предложен новый шаблон церковного сайта, разработанный для церквей на территории Евро-Азиаткского Дивизиона. Это весьма облегчит желающим создание церковного сайта. Надеемся, что к имеющимся уже сайтам Грузинской и Армянской миссий в ближайшее время добавятся сайты многих церквей Закавказья, что будет способствовать наведению мостов в нашем непростом окружении и усилению влияния церкви.
В активных дискуссиях обсуждались позитивные и негативные моменты служения. На совещании было принято несколько кадровых решений, после чего была совершена молитва благословения сотрудников. Пусть Господь вдохновит служителей Закавказья мечтать о высоких целях, а Господь ответит на дерзновенные просьбы, послав новые опыты веры. Громко трубите! Маранафа!

[:en]Under this motto, on December 3-4, 2012, in the spiritual center of the Trans-Caucasus Union Mission (TCUM) took place an Annual Council, which was attended by representatives of churches of three Trans-Caucasus countries. The meeting was attended by pastors, administrators, directors of departments and representatives from the rank and file. Among guests of honour of the event were administrators of ESD – Vladimir Krupskiy, Secretary, Ivan Ostrovsky, Vice President and Communication Department director, Vyacheslav Kara, Assistant Treasurer and Marian Maximciuc, Internet Ministry director. For objective reasons the event took place as enlarged session, combining the Annual Council of TCUM with Annual Meetings of the three missions. 54 participants worked during the executive committees of all levels.
Vladimir KrupskiyFormal opening of the meeting followed by the reading of Scripture in twelve languages, by singing of pastors and office workers choir, and by common prayers. The solemn worship was adorned with musical arrangement, when pastors served with their talents. Pastor Krupskiy addressed to the audience with the message from God’s Word, “Do we really live in anticipation of the greatest event – the Second Coming of Christ? Do we really wish it as old Simeon did? Do we hasten this glorious day? Do we dream about it? Does our heart knocking in unison with the heart of Jesus? I believe in the Church, which will raise its voice, when there will be a transformation of its consciousness. It will happen the same way as it was in the days of the apostles, “As the disciples proclaimed the message of redeeming grace, hearts yielded to the power of this message. The church beheld converts flocking to her from all directions. Backsliders were reconverted. Sinners united with believers in seeking the pearl of great price. Some who had been the bitterest opponents of the gospel became its champions.” I believe that this power will be manifested in your countries,” assured Krupskiy the audience.
Alexander SchwartzSumming up the work done, Alexander Schwartz, president of TCUM, emphasized the importance of four key lines of activity: revival, which has no alternative; involvement of everyone in the service; direct commission of our Savior: “Make disciples of all nations” through the Gospel message, which we are to proclaim in every mountain village in our territories.
The main agenda of the meeting was to highlight the following issues: what has been achieved over the past year, what is our evaluation of results and what we should focus on in the coming year in order to achieve success in God’s work. Programs have been developed of the future development of the Church. Edward Levter, Secretary of TCUM stressed three objectives: to collect lost souls, to find new people, and to preserve all of them, according to the words of Christ: “Those that thou gavest me I have kept” (John 17:12).
Ivan OstrovskiyPresidents of the three missions in their reports told about the success of programs “5 +1”, “Good guest,” and pastoral missionary camps, often referring to the success of medical-missionary work. Today it is one of the most pressing needs of the population, the ministry, which opens the way to the hearts of many. During this period of time were held medical missionary schools, anti-smoking campaigns, “Health Expo’s” and social events for children and adults.
The second day of the meeting began with the preaching of Ivan Ostrovskiy. Based on Luke 11:1, he called on those present to the life of prayer. “The desire to pray does not come from nothing. We would like to pray, when we see that prayer plays a key role in changing someone’s life. Do not be afraid to turn to God with your requests. The doors will open… be prepared to enter. We believe in our God. If the heart is burning with spirit of service, the answer come quickly,” persuaded Ivan Ostrovskiy
Marian MaximciucDuring the program of the meeting was held a seminar on Internet Evangelism for administrators and pastors, conducted by Marian Maximciuc and Ivan Ostrovskiy. The brothers told about the prospects of this line of ministry. In order to expand the Adventist presence in the Internet, they proposed a new church website template, designed for churches in the Euro-Asia Division.
It will greatly facilitate the creation of own Church site for any congregation. We hope that in the immediate future there will be ample opportunities for increasing already existing sites of Georgian and Armenian missions by adding the sites of many churches of Transcaucasia, which will help to build bridges in this complicated environment, and to strengthen influence of the church.
In active debates were discussed the positive and negative aspects of Gospel work. The Council adopted a number of personnel changes, which were followed by a prayer of blessing of newly elected workers. May God inspire ministers of Transcaucasia to think big, and may the Lord answer their bold requests by sending them new experiences of faith. Let us blare! Maranatha!
