Лейтмотивом братской встречи и проповеди пастора Бориса Протасевича на утреннем богослужении в первый день совещания был вопрос обретения близких отношений с Богом. Этой теме были посвящены и семинары, личные и совместные молитвы. Прозвучал настойчивый и ясный призыв: «Необходимо каждому знать Иисуса лично, переживая ежедневный опыт общения с Ним».
Пасторскому коллективу была представлена новая администрация ВСМ – руководитель миссии Арфаниди А. К., исполнительный секретарь Гребенюк Н. П., и казначей миссии Соклаков И. С. Кроме того, в 2012 году наш коллектив пополнился двумя новыми сотрудниками: это Александр Леготин в качестве начинающего пастора и миссионер Евгений Великасов, которые начали служение в г. Бородино и г. Нижнеудинске. Хочется пожелать как братьям администраторам, так и начинающим служителям успеха в их труде.
Одной из целей подобных пасторских встреч, является планирование будущих евангельских мероприятий. Служители ВСМ приняли решение поддержать евангельскую инициативу «777 дней благовестия». 777 дней благовестия – это период особенно активной евангельской деятельности, который начнется 15 мая 2013 года и будет продолжаться до сессии Генеральной Конференции в июле 2015 года. Одним из всемирных евангельских проектов, в которых участвуют адвентисты Восточной Сибири, является проект «Книга года». В 2012 году такой книгой являлась знаменитая «Великая борьба». Учитывая уникальность книги, было принято совместное решение в 2013 году поддержать распространение книги «Великая борьба» на всей территории ВСМ.
Все участники совещания смогли посетить стройплощадку, на которой возводится новый Духовный Центр Адвентистов Седьмого Дня г. Красноярска. Всеобщему вниманию была представлена впечатляющая картина: там, где еще совсем недавно возвышались лишь сваи, теперь стоит огромное здание будущего храма. В последнее время были установлены окна, заливаются полы, ведется наружная отделка. Есть надежда, что уже скоро этот Духовный центр станет большим благословением не только для жителей Красноярска, но и для всей Сибири. И хотя строительство еще не закончено, Слава Божья очевидна!
Важным результатом прошедшего совещания стало вдохновение, которым Господь наполнил сердца его участников. Более близкие отношения с Иисусом, благочестивая жизнь, посвященное служение, надежда на возрождение и преобразование – вот то, что заполнило мысли и чувства наших служителей. «…Ты, Господи, благ и милосерд и многомилостив ко всем, призывающим Тебя» (Пс.85:5).
The Annual Meeting of the East Siberian Mission was held in the city of Krasnoyarsk. Such pastoral meetings are infrequent and therefore are always long-awaited and exciting. The city on the Yenisei received pastors from a vast territory of Siberia: Krasnoyarsk, Khakassia, Tuva, Irkutsk region, Buryatia, Trans-Baikal region, as well as guests from the East Russian Union mission.
The leading idea of fraternal meeting and sermon of pastor Boris Protasevich at morning worship on the first day of the event was finding a close relationship with God. This topic was also discussed in seminars, and became a theme of private and joint prayers. There was made a strong and clear appeal: “All of us need to know Jesus personally, going through the daily experience of communion with Him.”
Pastoral team was introduced with a new administration of East-Siberian Mission (ESM) – Arfanidi A.K., the President, Grebenyuk N.P., Executive Secretary, and Soklakov I.S., the Treasurer of the mission. In addition, in 2012, our team increased with two new members: Alexander Legotin as intern minister and Eugene Velikasov, a missionary who began their ministry in Borodino and Nizhneudinsk. We wish both administrators and intern ministers success in their work.
One of the goals of these pastors’ meetings, is planning of future evangelical activities. The ministers of ESM decided to support evangelical initiative “777 Days of evangelism.” 777 days of evangelism is a period of especially active evangelical activities, which will begin May 15, 2013 and will continue until the General Conference Session in July 2015. One of the global evangelical projects involving Adventists of Eastern Siberia, is the project “The Book of the Year.” In 2012, this book was “The Great Controversy”. Taking into consideration the uniqueness of the book, a joint decision was made to support the distribution of the book “The Great Controversy” in 2013 throughout the ESM.
All participants of the Council were able to visit the construction site, where building of a new spiritual center of the Seventh Day Adventist of Krasnoyarsk is being held. To the attention of everyone was presented an impressive picture: just where until recently stood poling, now stands a huge building of the future temple. They have recently installed windows, underpoured floors, and started the exterior finish. Hopefully, this spiritual center will be a great blessing, not only for the residents of Krasnoyarsk, but for the whole Siberia. Although the construction is not yet complete, the Glory of God is obvious!
An important outcome of the meeting was the inspiration, the Lord has filled the hearts of all participants. A closer relationship with Jesus, the pious life devoted to ministry, and the hope for revival and reformation, that’s what filled the thoughts and feelings of our ministers. “… For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.” (Psalm. 86: 5).
