Детский и следопытские отделы церкви г. Тюмени решили завершить год викториной по миссионерской книге года «Великая борьба».
В течении двух месяцев ребята вместе с родителями изучали книгу. Организаторы сделали акцент на зарождение протестантского движения, жизнь реформаторов, Адвентистскую весть и Второе пришествие Христа.
В викторине приняли участие четыре команды: ребята двух групп – подростки и средняя; сборная команда родителей и команда членов церкви.
Было три тура: разминка, на котороый за короткое время надо было ответить на легкие вопросы; викторина по принципу молодежных викторин «Мир Библии» и третий тур – видео вопросы, которые заранее отсняли на камеру.
В команде родителей был и пастор церкви Сергей Николаевич.
А вот экспертами были, президент миссии – Новоселов А. А., учитель СШ – Муравьев И. Б. и руководитель Детского отдела Ольга Смолянинова.
Викторина прошла легко и радостно. Были бонусы, юмор и много позитива. Организаторы не ставили перед собой цели выявить победителя. Главное, было укрепить ребят в их убеждениях, основанных на Слове Божьем, утвердить в том, что со Христом они могут стать победителями, помочь им приготовиться к скорой встрече с Господом и почувствовать себя полноправными членами церкви.
В конце мероприятия каждому из ребят была подарена памятка-благодарность со следующими словами: «Детский и следопытский отделы БЛАГОДАРЯТ тебя за участие в викторине по книге года «Великая борьба». Мы верим, что в той борьбе, которая происходит в твоей жизни и твоем сердце каждый день, ты обязательно одержишь победу! Ты сделаешь правильный выбор! И вместе с Иисусом будешь здесь и в вечности!»

Pathfinder’s and children’s departments of the Tyumen church decided to finish the year with a quiz on the missionary book “The Great Controversy”.
Within two months children has been studied the book with their parents. The organizers have focused on the emergence of the Protestant movement, life of reformers, Adventist message and the Second Coming of Christ.
There were four teams participated in the quiz: two groups of children – teenagers and of middle age; team of parents and team of church members.
There were three rounds: workout, when one supposed to answer the easy questions for a short time; quiz based on the principle of “World of the Bible” youth quiz, and the third – video questions filmed on camera in advance.
Pastor Sergey belonged to the team of parents. And the jury were A.A. Novoselov, the president of the mission, Murasvyev I.B., a school teacher and Children’s Ministries department director, Olga Smolyaninova.
Quiz went off very easy and was joyful. There were bonuses, humor and a lot of positive emotions. The organizers have not set a goal of revealing the winner. The main thing was to strengthen the children in their convictions based on the Word of God, to establish young people, that with Christ they can become winners, and to help them be prepared for the soon meeting with the Lord and feel themselves like full members of the church.
At the end, each of the children was given a commemorative booklet with these words: “Children’s and Pathfinder’s departments acknowledge your taking part in a quiz on the book of the year, “The Great Controversy “. We believe that, in the struggle that happens in your life and in your heart every day, you’re sure to be victorious! You will make the right choice! And you will be with Jesus here and in eternity!” Thank God for His love and help in the ministry!
