Молодежь Центральной конференции Адвентистов седьмого дня, а также гости из Черновцов, Киева и других городов Украины с 21 по 23 декабря 2012 года собрались в Чернигове на очередную встречу «Итоги года».
Эта традиция возникла в Центральной конференции несколько лет назад. В течение трех дней ребята наслаждались общением друг с другом, со своим Творцом, а также подвели итоги уходящего года — вспомнили самые значимые события и мероприятия из жизни молодежи трех областей — Киевской, Черниговской и Сумской.
21 декабря, пятница, началась с молитвенных чтений, а продолжилась интересным молодежным ток-шоу «Встать, суд идет!». «Судили» Максима, молодого человека в возрасте 34-х лет, отца четверых детей… А обвиняли в номинальном христианстве — пренебрежении чтением Слова Божьего, пассивности в жизни церкви, вредных привычках, таких как употребление «гнилых слов», опоздания на богослужения, трата своего времени в Интернете и прочее. «Суд», заслушав обе стороны заседания, принял объективное решение — направить «подсудимого» на исправительные работы по строительству молитвенных домов Черниговщины!
В субботу, 22 декабря, прошло праздничное богослужение, на котором вспоминались опыты не только прошлого года, но и замечательные уроки из жизни пророка Иеремии и основателей адвентистского движения в Украине, пример их верности и посвящения Господу. Словом Божьим делился пастор, руководитель Адвентистской миссии в Украине Дмитрий Зубков, призывая молодежь быть верной Богу при любых обстоятельствах и твердо стоять на Его стороне. Изюминкой этого богослужения стало выступление духового оркестра из г. Белой Церкви.
После вкусного обеда участники встречи распространили по улицам города духовную литературу и пригласили жителей Чернигова на музыкальный фестиваль, который состоялся в тот же день.
Перед тем, как зазвучали песни, Елена Носова, руководитель музыкального отдела Центральной конференции, провела семинар о музыке, рассказала о ее величественном назначении, различных стилях и невероятном влиянии.
В завершение насыщенного дня с духовными наставлениями к молодым людям обратился пастор Станислав Носов, призывая их вкладывать свои силы, время и таланты в то, что вечно и благословенно Господом.
В воскресенье, 23 декабря, молодежь ожидала не менее интересная программа — прогулка по городу, общение, игры, а также катание на санках.
Участники встречи твердо решили помнить путь, которым вел их Господь, извлекать ценные уроки из прошлого, чтобы двигаться вперед, в славное будущее, навстречу Христу Спасителю!
From December 21 to 23, 2012, Adventist youth of Central Conference, as well as guests from Chernivtsi, Kiev and other Ukrainian cities came to Chernihiv to the annual meeting, “The Year Summary.” This tradition originated in Central Conference a few years ago. For three days, the young people enjoy each other’s company and sum up the past year, remembering the most important events and activities in the life of young people of three regions – Kyiv, Chernihiv and Sumy.
December 21, Friday, began with prayer readings and continued with the interesting youth talk show “All rise, court is now in session!” It was Maxim, a young man aged 34 years, father of four children, who is prisoner at the bar … And he is charged with nominal Christianity: neglecting Bible reading, passiveness in the church life, bad habits, such as the use of swearwords, being late for church services, purposeless wasting of time while surfing the internet and with other things. Hearing both sides, “The Court”, gave an objective sentence to send the “defendant” for corrective labor at church construction sites in the Chernihiv region!
On Saturday, December 22, a solemn service was held, when believers not only remembered their experiences of the past year, but also discussed the great lessons from the life of the prophet Jeremiah and the founders of Adventist movement in Ukraine, particularly examples of their loyalty and devotion to the Lord. Pastor Dmitry Zubkov, Adventist mission director in Ukraine, shared with the young people the Word of God, urging them to be faithful to the Lord in all circumstances and to stand firmly on His side. A special appeal of the service was the performance of a brass band from Bila Tserkva.
After a delicious lunch, the participants of the meeting distributed spiritual literature on the streets of the city and invited residents of Chernihiv to the music festival, which took place on the same day. Before songs sounded, Elena Nosova, director of the music department of the Central Conference, held a seminar on music, telling about its grand purpose, and the incredible variety of styles and its influence. At the end of a busy day pastor Stanislav Nosov addressed the young people with a devotional thought, encouraging them to invest their energy, time and talents to that which is eternal and blessed by the Lord.
On Sunday, December 23, the young people had a no less interesting program – a walk through the city, social interaction, games, and sledding.
Participants of the meeting decided to remember the way in which the LORD their God has led them, and to draw valuable lessons from the past in order to move forward to a glorious future, to meet Christ the Saviour!
