«И проповедано будет сие Евангелие Царствия по всей вселенной, во свидетельство всем народам; и тогда придет конец» (Мф. 24:14).
Следуя поручению нашего Господа, ереванская церковь Нар-Дос начала проведение Евангельского мероприятия в рамках программы Жатва-1. Ведущий – Артур Галстян, президент Армянской миссии. Библейскими уроками о настоящей истине и последнем времени заинтересовалось 15 человек. На встречах, которые проходят два раза в неделю, гости программы получают ответы на интересующие их вопросы и общаются друг с другом. Людей влечет Божья любовь и спасающая благодать, открывающаяся как в Слове Божьем, так и в музыкальных выступлениях. По завершению библейских курсов 23 марта, во Всеобщий день крещения, ожидается участие и новообращенных по этой программе. Вся церковь молится об этой инициативе и надеется, что свет, который нужен миру, будет донесен до каждого, желающего найти истину. Задумываясь над тем, как проповедовать Евангелие, мы сегодня приходим к выводу, что лучше всего это делает наша жизнь.
Проповедовать – значит приводить Христа к людям и людей ко Христу. Сея семена истины среди окружающего нас мира, мы надеемся в день, когда Господь пошлет Свой серп на поспевшую пшеницу, собрать огромные снопы урожая.
«Утром сей семя твое, и вечером не давай отдыха руке твоей, потому что ты не знаешь, то или другое будет удачнее, или то и другое равно хорошо будет». (Еккл. 11:6)
«And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come» (Mat. 24:14).
Following the assignment of our Lord the Church Nar-Dos in Erevan started conducting the Evangelistic meeting in the program called «Harvest – 1». The manager is Arthur Galstyan, the president of the Armenian Mission. 15 participants were interested in studying Bible lessons about truth and last times. People can visit the meetings twice a week, where they get answers to the vital questions. They are magnetized by both God’s love and saving grace showing themselves in the Word of God, and musical compositions. After the end of the Bible lessons on the 23d of March, the Common Day of Baptism, the participation of the converted is expected in this event.
The whole Church is praying about this event and hope that the light, which world needs, will reach every seeker of the truth. Thinking about the methods of preaching the Gospel we come nowadays to conclusion that the best way of it is our life. To preach means to lead Christ to people and people to Christ. Sowing seeds of the truth among our neighbors and friends we hope they will be ready for the great harvest wheat when God will send His reaping-hook.
«In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good» (Eccl. 11:6).
