Вечером 3 марта в храме общины Ростов-1 состоялась первая встреча клуба «За чашкой чая», собравшая более 80 участников, из которых 27 человек были гостями Адвентистской церкви. Многие из них впервые переступили порог Молитвенного дома.
Зал был заранее подготовлен и украшен молодежью, которой в тот вечер предстояло послужить гостям в роли официантов и привратников, а по совместительству ведущих и поющих.
Щедрые (при этом только полезные угощения) и красиво сервированные столы сначала даже несколько смутили пришедших на программу, и до настоятельного приглашения они не осмеливались занять места за столиками.
Тема встречи раскрывала один из «секретов душевного равновесия» и была посвящена исцеляющей силе прощения. Презентации о вражде и дружбе известных теноров, притча о прощении, высеченном на камне, соответствующее пение и стихи побудили участников встречи к обсуждению за своими столиками вопросов сложности и необходимости прощения.
Заставил задуматься о свой жизни и отношениях с людьми духовный семинар проповедника Дмитрия Плугатарева о корнях обиды, а полезная презентация руководителя отдела здоровья общины Андрея Пужалина о ее разрушительном влиянии на организм, окончательно убедило в необходимости прощать и быть благодарными.
Во время встречи все желающие могли высказаться по теме встречи. Особенно запомнился рассказ одной гостьи, о горьком опыте ее семейной жизни, которая была разрушена из-за не желания женщины в молодости простить супруга за неприятную ей фразу.
Во время встречи упоминались примеры известных и обычных людей, сумевших простить обидчиков. Конечно же, главным примером был назван Иисус Христос. Молодежь наглядно продемонстрировала суть учения Господа, готового простить грешника, но не оправдывать грех, представив сценку о Христе и блуднице, которую привели к Нему на суд.
Пастор церкви Михаил Олийник обратил внимание слушающих на дарованном каждому человеку прощении во Христе. И в завершении все вместе исполнили любимый многим псалом «Даром».
Программа завершилась, но никто домой не торопился. На память сделали общее фото, а в подарок о встрече все получили тематические христианские календарики о прощении. Тем, кто пришел в храм впервые, были подарены духовные книги и периодические издания. Многие из них искренне признавались, что они многое получили благодаря этой программе и благодарили за приглашение.
Слава Богу за то, что он привел гостей на эту встречу. Сегодня наши молитвы о том, чтобы проводить подобные программы регулярно и таким образом свидетельствовать о Христе.
The first meeting of the club “For a cup of tea” was held in the evening, March 3, in the first Rostov church. The event brought together more than 80 participants, 27 people of which were guests of the Adventist Church. Many of them for the first time crossed the threshold of the house of prayer.
The hall was pre-prepared and decorated by young people, who in the evening was to serve guests in the role of waiters and porters, as well as hosts and singers.
Generous (there were only useful treats) and beautifully served tables at first even confused guests of the program who hesitated and did not dare to take their seats at the tables till the insistent invitation.
Theme of the meeting covered one of the “secrets of equilibrium” and was dedicated to the healing power of forgiveness. Presentation about the enmity and friendship of famous tenors, the parable of forgiveness that was hewn in stone, appropriate singing and poetry – all this inspired the participants to discuss questions of importance and the need for forgiveness.
Seminar of pastor Dmitry Plugatarev on the roots of resentment forced those present to think about their life and relationships with people, and a useful presentation of the Health Ministry director of local church, Andrew Puzhalin on its devastating effects on the body, finally convinced of the need to forgive and be grateful.
During the meeting, everyone could speak on the subject of the meeting. Especially memorable was a story of one guest about the bitter experience of her family life, which was destroyed due to unwillingness of the woman to forgive her spouse for a nasty phrase when they were young.
During the meeting, examples of famous and ordinary people who were able to forgive offenders were cited. Of course, our Lord Jesus Christ was named as the prime example. Young people clearly demonstrated the essence of the teachings of the Lord, ready to forgive the sinner, but not to justify sin, presenting a sketch about Christ and the adulteress, which was brought to Him to stand trial.
Pastor Michael Oliynik noticed the forgiveness bestowed to every person in Christ. And in the end all together sang loved by many hymn “For nothing.”
The program ended, but no one took the time back home. All took overall picture for memory, and were given Christian calendars with words of forgiveness as a gift. Those who came to the house of prayer for the first time, were given spiritual books and periodicals. Many of them sincerely admitted that they have received a lot through this program and thanked us for the invitation.
Thank God for the fact that He led the guests to the meeting. Today we are praying that He help us to carry out such programs regularly and thus bear witness to Christ.
