В девятой черновицкой общине адвентистов седьмого дня по ул . Коростышевского 6а, 30 ноября состоялась благотворительная акция для детей с особыми потребностями, которых в дом молитвы привели их родители.
В этот субботний день 25 семей со своими детьми пришли в этот зал, где их с радостью встречали члены местной церкви.
Присутствующие пели, молились, слушали детскую историю, а также выступление детей и молодежи, которые прославляли Бога песнями, стихами, игрой на колокольчиках и скрипке.
Пастор Игорь Тимко в своих духовных размышлениях, основанных на 5 главе Евангелия от Марка, убеждал, что у христианина нет больших, малых или неразрешимых проблем, ведь есть Тот, Кто всегда готов помочь. После проповеди хор местной общины исполнил псалом «Единому», а затем верующие совершили молитву.
В конце богослужения каждая приглашенная семья получила от членов церкви продуктовые наборы, пакеты со сладостями, календари на 2014 год, газеты «Вічний Скарб», «В спектре», закладки с библейскими обетованиями и духовные книги.
На этой встрече Елена Шова, директор союза детей-инвалидов, поблагодарила общину за теплый и радушный прием, а также передала благодарственное письмо.
November 30, 2013 – at the 9th Adventist church of Chernovtsy located at Korostyshevskogo street, 6a, took place a charitable action for children with special needs.
That Sabbath day 25 families arrived to the chapel with their children, local church members welcomed them.
The audience sang, prayed, listened to the children’s story, as well as the performance of children and young people who were praising God with songs, poems, playing the violin and handbells.
In his spiritual devotion based on 5th chapter of the Gospel of Mark pastor Igor Timko argued that Christians do not have large, small or intractable problems, because there is One who is always willing to help. After the sermon the choir sang a hymn “The One” and then the believers prayed.
At the end of the service every visiting family received from church members food baskets, goodie bags, calendars for 2014, the newspaper “Eternal Treasure”, “Spectrum”, and bookmarks with the biblical promises and spiritual books.
At this meeting Elena Sova a director of the Union of disabled children thanked Adventist congregation for the warm welcome and hospitality, as well as gave the church a thank-you letter.
