Церковь адвентистов седьмого дня г. Ивано-Франковска 23 ноября гостеприимно принимала молодежь из г. Черновцов и общин Ивано-Франковской области. Под девизом «Один в поле не воин» собрались около 150 человек, чтобы обсудить вопрос дружбы и правильных взаимоотношений друг с другом.
Тональность праздничному богослужению задало выступление камерного хора «Te Deum» из Черновцов — его пение настроило аудиторию на торжественный лад. А энергичные ведущие Назар Люлич и Дана Потятинник провели присутствующих по лабиринтам вопросов, размышлений и дискуссий на тему дружбы.
Вечер проходил оживленно и весело. Здесь были и наглядные примеры с участием молодежи, раскрывающие силу единства: одна тростинка и целая связка — что легче сломать, один лист бумаги и вся упаковка — что быстрее можно разорвать.
Молодые люди посмотрели видеоролики «Подари дружбу окружающим», «Дружба дороже», «Бог ценит дружбу с тобой», узнали статистику лучших мест и способов знакомств. Перед аудиторией знакомились пять юношей и пять девушек, показывая свой подход к этому вопросу. Собравшиеся высказывали мнения о том, для чего нужна дружба, что она собой представляет в современном мире и какой она должна быть с точки зрения Библии.
В рамках этой темы руководитель молодежного отдела Буковинской конференции Игорь Тымко поделился духовными размышлениями над словами из Библии: «Больше всего хранимого храни сердце твое, потому что из него источники жизни» (Притч. 4:23).
В течение двух часов общение сопровождалось общим пением, выступлением трио и хора «Te Deum». Вкусный обед и прогулка по вечернему Ивано-Франковску дополнили и завершили встречу. Время пролетело быстро, уезжать никому не хотелось, но молодежь уверена, что это только начало содержательных и полезных встреч.
November 23, 2013 – Seventh-day Adventist Church in Ivano-Frankovsk welcomed youth from Chernovtsy and from Adventist congregations of Ivano-Frankovsk region. About 150 people gathered to discuss the issue of friendship and right relationships with each other, the meeting was held under the motto “One cannot conquer alone”.
Key vigil was set by the performance of the “Te Deum” chamber choir from Chernovtsy, their singing tuned the audience to a solemn mood. And energetic presenters Nazar Lyulich and Dana Potyatinnik directed the audience through the maze of questions, reflections and debates on the topic of friendship.
It was a lively meeting. There were good examples revealing the power of unity: one straw and a whole bunch of straws – what is easier to break or what is easier to tear – a piece of paper or the whole package.
Young people watched short videos “Give friendship to others”, “Friendship is more precious”, “God values the friendship with you”, they learned the statistics about the best places and ways of meeting new friends. Five boys and five girls acquainted with each other in front of the audience, showing their approach to this issue. The participants expressed their opinion about why friendship is needed, what does it mean in today’s world and what it should be in terms of the Bible.

Under this theme Bukovinskaya conference Youth Ministries department director Igor Tymko shared spiritual reflections on the words from the Bible: “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it” (Proverbs 4:23).
During two hours fellowship was accompanied by a general singing, trio and “Te Deum” choir performance. Delicious lunch and an evening walk around Ivano-Frankovsk supplemented and completed the meeting. Time passed quickly, no one wanted to leave, but the youth is confident that this is only the beginning of meaningful and useful meetings.
